This is a volunteer run organization. Volunteers are the key to our success in helping kids.
Meet the team that’s responsible for the day-to-day operations of our organization. In addition, we have the support of countless volunteers and incredible Chapter Leads. We need parents to help with logistics, bring in refreshments, and assist in other ways.
After founding another local event, and organised 3 edition, Startup Weekend Mures, I moved my interest in supporting education. I fell in love overnight about this project, getting the idea from a similar initiative carried out in other cities, launching a website and registrations in just a week. I attracted more and more partners and after that next to a super team of organizers and mentors, we managed successfully to hold workshops. Thus was born TechDrive which aims to facilitate understanding of STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) through training, workshops, e-learning resources and more.
Since 2004 I was involved in different NGOs supporting the development of the local community through different business projects and events. Now I’m part of InnoDrive team and looking forward to sustain the learning process of young generations.
I met the InnoDrive team last year during the event StartUp Weekend and ever since I wanted to join the NGO. I’m a web developer at the company Pitech+Plus. I was an active AIESEC volunteer for almost 3 years (I still get involved occasionally ) where I was involved in other educational projects with high school students from Tîrgu Mureș. I’m passionate about psichology, fotography, music, movies, card games, board-games and video games.

I like good deeds, people, fairytales , art, cooking, contradictory discussions and logical arguments. I am an extremely positive person and I believe we can build a wonderful world by getting involved. So far I volunteered in many projects with a focus on children because it’s wonderful to see how ideas and children grow together.
My story starts in 2007 when I was hired by a local company that develops educational software. In the past few years I gain a passion for science and technology. During this time I worked as a designer, animator, programmer and project manager. At this moment I spend my entire day developing games and sometimes doing design for different things. In my spare time I like learn new technologies.
I am interested in developing the community of my town, being involved in the past several years in more educational and cultural projects at 2 local NGOs. I am convinced that the new generations deserve our involvement for progressing and bringing an impact in the communities they’ll be part of. My specialisation is economics and I support the idea of leadership and entrepreneurship at young age, being a blogger in my spare time, beside my professional career.
I am an optimistic person, enjoy reading, I like to visit new places, I love dogs, I prefer to study on my own, I do not like routine. I work in human resources management, and since 2008 I get involved, in one way or another, in volunteering projects.
I work as a marketing and communication consultant I work with companies to create and implement marketing strategies. I am in involved in the creation of detailed marketing plan, determine the marketing message, identify the appropriate marketing mix to get the message out and then follow the plan through, execute and implement the marketing strategy.
After 10 years in banking, I chose to support local community with useful resources / essential information.
Free spirit for a lifetime, freelancer since 2009. As a technical translator and business interpreter, with a certain level of experience also in HoReCa sales, I had the opportunity to travel (one of the pleasures I enjoy the most) almost all-over the Europe and meet all kinds of people. I always cared about the other and its opinions, that‘s why I got involved in volunteering while doing my university studies. After a couple of years dedicated mostly only to my professional development and knowledge assimilation, I decided that is high-time to start sharing this knowledge and feeling with the others. Creativity goes hand in hand with this freedom I enjoy, and as well with education, innovation and society development. That’s why I’m here: to make a difference and to give and be a better example for the other.

I’m a tech startup enthusiast. I started my career as a web developer and a Microsoft Certified Professional, then moved to founding 2 startups, gaining both technical and non-technical experience. For the past 2 years, together with the InnoDrive team, we organized 2 Startup Weekend Mures events and now TechDrive, hoping to encourage the local community to develop their interests.
TechDrive is a nice initiative which I consider useful and I would like to contribute to the success of this project.
With this busy life it is hard to find time to volunteer, but a few hours spent on o project can lead to successfully completed tasks and steps.I consider that volunteering is fun, you can meet new people, make new friends and connections while you are helping a cause. In my opinion adding your effort to the work of others makes everyone’s lives better. In fact, it tends to strengthen your commitment to volunteering when you can see the benefits to both the recipient of your efforts and to yourself.

Event Planner, Blogger, PR assistant, Art lover. Found out recently that nothing is as exciting and rewarding as spending time among children. That is why I have recently focused on projects with and for them
The most important thing for me when I found out about the project was to know the impact it was going to bring in the local community. A very important part of my life is Volunteering, so, by involving in this project I have the opportunity to help the Targu-Mures community, specially the youngsters who have the opportunity to develop themselves in the technological field more than the school can provide, a domain that represents more and more the future.
